study on how to abandon language out of the speech

okno03-report

i am not going to lecture anyone. firstly i'm not in the position to do so and
secondly this is not what i want to do anyway. so i will leave out the words i
spoke in okno where i was placed on a white couch together with alejandra and
apo33 to talk and felt like in a talkshow anyway - so this is done and the
lecture is over and the white couches should be abandoned from our heads.
life is not a soap opera or a talk show in the first place.

so there was sarah as well and she came up with the idea to abandon language out
of speech. and there was magde and vesna who wanted to stream texts. and there
was jasna composing a collaborative okno03 piece. and there was the good food
and the strong coffee to pleasure us and the nice space with a fluffy carpet to
accomodate us.
and so we did accomodate ourselfes and my personal outcome is the 'study on how
to abandon language out of speech'. i tried this in different ways and i
involved one of my projects, that is dealing with un-understandability of
language - the LISTME project. Recordings of (also former) listme interventions
are to be found here:

radioswap2.ulb.ac.be/showSeries.php/001se79

as i was working on it during okno03 as well i made a patch where i was chasing
the icelandic text (read by magde) through to get out the following effect:

'study on how to abandon language out of the speech #1':
freespeech.at/indymedia/sharedfolder/okno03/okno03.wav

for the 'study on how to abandon language out of speech #2' i used the
microphone input and my own voice:
freespeech.at/indymedia/sharedfolder/okno03/okno03-2.wav
